Individual Counselling

At Made to Thrive Counselling, we offer individual counselling to support those facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and more. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), along with other therapeutic methods, we tailor care to meet each person’s unique needs. Grounded in a Christian perspective, our counselling integrates faith and proven strategies to bring hope, healing, and lasting growth — helping individuals not only overcome challenges but also thrive in the life God has designed for them.

Couples Counselling

At Made to Thrive Counselling, we provide couples counselling to help partners strengthen their relationship, navigate conflict, and build a deeper foundation of trust and connection. Drawing on approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural techniques, we offer practical tools that foster healthy communication and lasting intimacy. Rooted in a Christian perspective, our work encourages couples to draw on faith, grace, and love as they grow together — not just repairing what is broken, but learning to truly thrive as one.

Our Mission

At Made to Thrive Counselling, our mission is to walk alongside both individuals and couples as they pursue healing, growth, and lasting hope. We believe that every person is created by God to flourish, not merely to survive, and we are committed to creating a safe, faith-centered space where hearts can be restored and relationships renewed. For individuals, we provide support in navigating life’s challenges, finding peace, and rediscovering purpose. For couples, we offer guidance to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build marriages rooted in grace and resilience. Our heart is to help people thrive in every area of life — emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
